Exhibitor receives a draped 8 by 3 tabletop space with a chair and outlet, as well as one exhibitor staff admission. Additional exhibitor staff are required to pay an admission fee. Exhibitors may exhibit goods and services within a table top size only.. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the Patron Program for additional advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
All exhibitors are automatically enrolled in the attendees drawing program, where a specified clue to a problem is offered at every exhibitor booth. The clues are compiled with a final answer to a question, and are placed in a jar for a $ 100 gift card drawing at the end of the program.
Exhibitors are encouraged to offer a gift card from their exhibit for a drawing during the last break of the day. Most exhibitors offer a $25- $50 gift card to a winner of a drawing from eligible attendees.
